Leo Shi is based in Shanghai, joined Warburg Pincus in 2019, and focuses on investments in the healthcare sector in Asia. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he worked as a Senior Director at Temasek China focusing on healthcare investing. Prior to Temasek China, he was a VP at Warburg Pincus for three years and has also worked in the investment banking and consulting industries. Leo is currently serves on the boards of Haihe Biopharma and Zhenshiming Pharmaceutical. He received a BA of Finance from Fudan University.
