The company was co-founded in 2016 by Warburg Pincus, VinaCapital and its Founder Don Lam. A fully-integrated hospitality player, Lodgis controls a large and growing portfolio of ~4,000 keys, which includes Southeast Asia’s largest collection of luxury heritage hotels as well as Vietnam’s leading domestic hotel management company, Fusion.
