Allison RossPrincipal

Allison Ross is a Principal based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2023, and is a member of the Capital Solutions team. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Allison was a Partner at LionTree Asset Management, where she focused on investments across software, internet and media sectors and was a member of the Investment Committee. Previously, she was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, leading the Internet & Technology Vertical for the Special Situations group and GS Growth. Allison holds an AB in Economics from Harvard College, where she graduated magna cum laude.
