Willow Bailon is based in New York and joined Warburg Pincus in 2022 as an Associate on the Energy Transition & Sustainability group. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Willow was an Investment Banking Analyst at Citi on the Natural Resources and Clean Energy Transition team. She holds a BS in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
