Vikram ChogleManaging Director

Vikram Chogle is a Managing Director based in Mumbai, joined Warburg Pincus in 2011, and has been working in the firm’s Indian office for over 13 years. He leads Warburg Pincus’ Value Creation activities in India, spanning oversight of the firm’s operating group driving portfolio company transformation, and is responsible for developing the firm’s capital markets & financing strategy and related activities.

Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Vikram worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Investment Banking Division in Chicago where he focused on M&A and capital raising transactions in the consumer & retail sector. He received a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and an MBA from the London Business School.
