Tara O’Neill is a Senior Vice President in the Finance and Legal Department. She is responsible for the firm’s global special purpose entity operations and coordinates the activities of our offices in Luxembourg, Amsterdam, and Mauritius in order to facilitate complex international investments. She has over 28 years of experience in the field of accounting and finance. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus in 1999, she was a Tax Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers specializing in financial services clients. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
