Swetha Srinivasan is based in Mumbai and joined Warburg Pincus in 2023. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Swetha was a Business Analyst with McKinsey & Co. where she worked across sectors including edtech, TMT, (primarily IT services and cloud tech) and real estate on topics such as digital business builds, talent supply chain and growth strategy. Swetha is an engineering graduate and majored in Engineering Physics at IIT Madras.
