Sam LipsickManaging Director

Sam Lipsick is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2015, and focuses on investments in the technology sector. He is currently on the Board of Directors of Assent, Bloomerang, and NetDocuments, as well as a Board Observer of BetterCloud. Sam was also involved in the firm’s investments in Gordian and ConstructConnect (iSqFt). Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Sam was a growth equity investor at General Atlantic and an investment banker at J.P. Morgan. He received a BA in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
