Roger Lou is based in Shanghai, joined Warburg Pincus in 2020, and is a Tax Director on the North Asia Finance Team. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he led the M&A Tax Team in Tencent Holdings. He started his career as an M&A Tax professional with Ernst & Young China office in 2007. He received a Bachelor’s degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
