Regina Penn joined Warburg Pincus in 2022 and leads value creation for financial services. Regina has over 20 years of technology, operations, and product experience across financial services. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, she spent 13 years at Goldman Sachs, in various positions including, Head of Business Development, COO for Marcus by Goldman Sachs, and COS for Liquidity & Collateral Operations. Regina was the product owner for Bloomberg News and previously drove technology transformation at Hanover Insurance. She holds a BS in Finance from Ithaca College and an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University.
