Pat Hackett is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 1990 and advises on investments in the Technology group. Before joining Warburg Pincus, he was the Vice President of Cove Capital Associates, a private merchant banking partnership, and prior to that a Partner with private equity firm, Acadia Partners. Pat is a Director of Outset Medical and IMO (Intelligent Medical Objects). In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors at Stamford Health System and YearUp! NY/NJ. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Chemistry and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
