Michael Frain is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2008, leads the firm’s shared services program, which program helps portfolio companies drive strategy and value in areas such as procurement, employee benefits, corporate insurance and real estate . He is also a member of the firm’s Environmental, Social and Governance Committee. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Michael held various senior level finance positions at Racebrook Capital, Monday Properties and ATC Management. He holds a BBA in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Baruch College.
