Marlies de WildeGeneral Director

Marlies de Wilde joined Warburg Pincus in 2023 and is the General Director of the firm’s Amsterdam office. She oversees the operations of the special purpose entities in the Netherlands to facilitate international investments going through the Dutch operational platform. Marlies is also a Director on the supervisory board of Odido. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Marlies worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP where she was a principal associate in the corporate law department. She holds a master’s degree (LLM) in Dutch private law and Dutch notarial law of the University of Groningen (the Netherlands), and she successfully completed the supervisory board cycle program at Nyenrode Business University (the Netherlands).
