Lee BeckerManaging Director

Lee Becker is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2024 and is a Managing Director on the Capital Solutions team. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Lee spent 18 years at Goldman Sachs, most recently as Americas Co-Head of its Hybrid Capital team and previously, as the Americas Head of Multi-Strategy Investing within the Special Situations Group. He graduated from the Jerome Fisher Program at the University of Pennsylvania, with a BS in Economics from the Wharton School and a BS in Electrical Engineering.
