Lauren Zletz is based in San Francisco, joined Warburg Pincus in 2015 and is a Principal in the Technology Group. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Ms. Zletz worked in private equity at Thomas H. Lee Partners and investment banking at Greenhill & Company. At Warburg Pincus, she helps lead investment activities in a number of areas, including cybersecurity, real estate technology, insurance technology, and food technology. She is also a member of the firm’s Council for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. She is currently a Director of eSentire and Cyren, and was formerly a Director of FacilitySource prior to its sale to CBRE. In addition, she is a board observer at Contrast Security and BriteCore, and is also involved in Warburg Pincus’ investments in BitSight, Crowdstrike, Privitar, and Zimperium. She received an A.B. from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was CFO / COO and Board Member of Women in Management (WIM).
