Jeffrey MacDonald is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2021, and is a Vice President in the Technology group. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he was an Associate at Searchlight Capital Partners and an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan. Jeffrey received a MA in International Relations and Economics from the University of St. Andrews.
