Jeff Goldfaden, Managing Director, Head of Industrials is based in New York and joined Warburg Pincus in 2004. He currently leads the firm’s efforts in the industrials sector and is also involved in the firm’s activities in energy transition and sustainability. He rejoined the team in New York in 2013 after spending three years focusing on investment opportunities for the firm across a range of industries in the Asia-Pacific region. Jeff has been involved from inception with the firm’s investments in Aramark Corporation, Jarden Corporation, Scotsman Industries, The Neiman Marcus Group, TriMark USA, Duravant, Pregis, Service Logic, Infinite Electronics, and El Car Wash. He is currently a Director of Duravant, Pregis, Infinite, El Car Wash and Gabe’s, and has previously served on the Board of Directors of Service Logic, TriMark USA, Scotsman Industries, Eagle Family Foods, Crossmark, and Transpacific Industries. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he was an investment professional at UBS Capital Americas and Hudson River Capital. Prior to commencing his career in private equity, Jeffrey was an Investment Banker in the Leveraged and Syndicated Finance group at Chase Securities. He received a BA magna cum laude from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
