Jeff GoldfadenManaging Director, Head of Industrials
Jeff Goldfaden, Managing Director, Head of Industrials, is based in New York and joined Warburg Pincus in 2004. He is a member of the Executive Management Group and currently leads the firm’s efforts in the industrials and business services sectors and provides oversight of the firm’s activities in energy transition and sustainability. Jeff spent the first seven years of his career at Warburg Pincus focused on industrials, services and consumer opportunities in North America prior to moving to the Asia-Pacific region to pursue investment opportunities for the firm across a range of industries. Jeff returned to the New York office in 2013 to focus once again on investment opportunities in North America. Jeff has been involved from inception with the firm’s investments in Aramark Corporation, Jarden Corporation, Scotsman Industries, The Neiman Marcus Group, TriMark USA, Duravant, Pregis, Service Logic, Infinite Electronics, El Car Wash and BradyPLUS. He is currently Chairman or Director of Duravant, Pregis, Infinite, El Car Wash, BradyPLUS and Gabe’s, and has previously served on the Boards of Directors of Service Logic, TriMark USA, Scotsman Industries, Eagle Family Foods, Crossmark, and Transpacific Industries. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Jeff was an investment professional at UBS Capital Americas and Hudson River Capital. Prior to commencing his career in private equity, Jeff was an Investment Banker in the Leveraged and Syndicated Finance group at Chase Securities. He received a BA magna cum laude from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
