Harsha G. Marti is a Managing Director, Chief Legal Officer, and Head of New Solutions. He is a member of the Executive Management Group. Harsha oversees legal and regulatory matters in his role as the firm’s Chief Legal Officer. As Head of New Solutions, Harsha works closely with the firm’s Executive Committee and Strategy Committee to explore and assess new product ideas and fund strategies on behalf of the firm. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Harsha was at the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis LLP in New York where he was an Attorney focused on Private Equity Transactions. He is a member of the bar in New York. Harsha is a member of the Executive Committee of the Law Board of the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a member of the Board of Directors of Brooklyn Org. Harsha received an SB in Materials Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a JD/MBA from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and the Kellogg School of Management.
