Evelyn Bradley is based in Amsterdam and joined Warburg Pincus in 2025 as the Transaction Director in the Special Purpose Entities group in the Netherlands. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Evelyn worked at Freshfields LLP where she was a Senior Associate on the private equity and M&A corporate team. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
