Eric Anthony Wells is based in New York and serves as a Director in the Business Technology group at Warburg Pincus, where he has been a key contributor since joining in 2012. In this role, Eric leverages his deep expertise in cloud architecture, infrastructure, and security to drive technology innovation, and operational excellence for the firm. Before joining Warburg Pincus, Eric held senior IT management positions at NYU Langone Medical Center and the American Red Cross, where he led critical initiatives in IT strategy and operations. Eric holds over 15 professional IT certifications from leading organizations such as Microsoft and CompTIA and is a TOGAF 9.1 certified Information Technology Architect. His commitment to advancing technology solutions extends beyond his professional role; he serves on the board of Harlem Grown, a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing food sovereignty and promoting nutrition education and sustainability in New York communities.
