Emily Lim is based in Singapore, joined Warburg Pincus in 2023 and is an Associate in the Real Estate group. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Emily was a Senior Associate at CPPIB Real Estate Investments team, where she focused on the Korea and Japan markets. She holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Liberal Studies from Waseda University.
