Emily LimVice President

Emily Lim is based in Singapore, joined Warburg Pincus in 2023, and is a Vice President in the Real Estate group. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Emily was a Senior Associate at CPPIB Real Estate Investments team, where she focused on the Korea and Japan markets. She holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in International Liberal Studies from Waseda University.
