Deborah Kerr Co-Heads value creation at Warburg Pincus. She joined Warburg Pincus in 2017 as a Senior Advisor and as Managing Director in 2019. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Deborah was the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Sabre, Chief Product and Technology Officer at FICO, and Chief Technology Officer for the HP Services business at Hewlett-Packard. Additionally, Deborah held senior roles at NASA/Jet Propulsion Laboratory, leading mission operations for NASA sponsored flight projects. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director for Vodafone, NetApp, and Chico’s. Deborah previously served as Non-Executive Director for International Airline Group (IAG), Mitchell Systems, and DH Corporation. She received her MS in Computer Science and BA in Psychology from California State University, Northridge.
