Deborah Kerr is a Managing Director at Warburg Pincus. She joined the firm in 2017 as a Senior Advisor and became a Managing Director in 2019. She has played a key role in building and scaling the firm’s Value Creation platform, partnering with investment teams, portfolio company boards, and management teams to drive transformation and performance across the portfolio. Across her career as an operator, board director, and hands-on partner to portfolio company leadership teams, Deborah has led complex business transformations spanning technology and AI, human capital, and operational excellence. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, she served as Chief Product and Technology Officer at Sabre Corporation and Fair Isaac Corporation (FICO), and as Chief Technology Officer for the HP Services business at Hewlett-Packard. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Peregrine Systems and NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Deborah is a Non-Executive Director of Vodafone Group Plc and NetApp, Inc., and has previously served on the boards of International Airlines Group (IAG), Chico’s FAS, Mitchell International, and DH Corporation. She holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
