David Sreter is based in New York and joined Warburg Pincus in 2015. He is responsible for the financial operations of the firm. David is also a member of the firm’s Executive Management Group. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he was a Partner at Ernst & Young where he led the Global and Americas Transaction Tax business and specialized in structuring domestic and cross-border transactions. He is a member of the tax sections of the American Bar Association and New York State Bar Association. David received a BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany and his JD / LLM (Taxation) degrees from the New York University School of Law.
