Chelsea XuanSenior Vice President, Assistant General Counsel

Chelsea Xuan is based in Singapore, joined Warburg Pincus in 2020 as a Senior Vice President, Assistant General Counsel in the Legal group for China and South East Asia. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Chelsea worked at the Hong Kong office of Kirkland & Ellis for over five years as an Associate and then a Partner of its Corporate Team. Previously, Chelsea was a Legal Manager with Ropes & Gray in Hong Kong and a Legal Consultant with O’Melveny & Myers in Shanghai. Chelsea holds an LLM from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Law from Fudan University Law School.
