Chandler ReedyManaging Director, Co-Head of Business Services, Head of Strategic Investments

Chandler Joel Reedy joined Warburg Pincus in 2004 and is Co-Head of the Business Services group (“BSG”) and Head of the Strategic Investments group (“SIG”), which leads the firm’s large technology investments. He is currently a Director of Allied Universal (formerly AlliedBarton, G4S and Universal Services), Aura, Infoblox, MLM II (dba MineSoft), Nord Security, Sagent Lending Technologies (formerly Loanserv), and SCM Insurance Services. Chandler also co-led recent investments in Clearwater Analytics, Internet Brands, NetDocuments, Norstella (formerly Citeline, Evaluate and MMIT), Visma, and WEX. Chandler has been historically responsible for a number of other investments including ACAMS, CAMP Systems International, Construct Connect (formerly iSqFt and Reed Construction Data), Coyote Logistics, Endurance International Group, FIS (formerly Metavante Technologies), Grupo GPS, Institutional Shareholder Services, Interactive Data Corporation, Ionos by 1&1, Mission Motors, Multiview, New Breed Logistics, NYFIX, Opta Information Intelligence, Princeton Digital Group, Procare Software, Reorg, Wall Street Systems, and Yodlee. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he was with UBS Investment Bank in Financial Sponsors and Mergers and Acquisitions. Chandler received an AB Cum Laude in Economics from Harvard College.
