Bill Li is based in Beijing, joined Warburg Pincus in 2015, and focuses on real estate investments in China. Previously at Warburg Pincus, Bill focused on energy and industrial and business services investing in China and North America. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at the Investment Banking Divisions of J.P. Morgan and Macquarie. Selected investments he has worked on: Wanda Commercial Management, China Cold Chain Platform, Sunsea Parking, Wensheng Special Situations, Baosteel Gases, Laredo Petroleum, ATX Energy, and Venari Resources. Bill received a BS magna cum laude in Economics and Finance from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
