Beckett Fabbie is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2021, and is a Director in the Human Capital Group. Previously she led the Human Capital Management Team for the Merchant Banking Division at Goldman Sachs where she focused on talent acquisition, learning and engagement, compensation, talent development, and diversity & inclusion. Prior to Goldman Sachs, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Co-Chief Administrative Officer at Greentech Capital Advisors, a sustainable financial and strategic advisory firm focused on accelerating the transformation of core infrastructure systems – energy, transportation, food, water and waste – to be lower carbon, less wasteful, and more intelligent by using 21st century technologies. Prior to Greentech, Beckett has overseen full-scale Human Resource departments at two Private Equity firms, including Siguler Guff & Company, LP. Her prior experience includes talent acquisition & management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and portfolio company HR advisory. She began her career in Human Resources at Lazard for the investment banking, capital markets, and corporate services divisions. Beckett graduated from Michigan State University in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in Media Arts & Technology and has a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from New York University. She also serves a board member for the Financial Markets Institute in the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University and is on the steering committee of the 30% Club, an organization focused on achieving diversity on public boards.
