
Beckett FabbieSenior Vice President, Human Capital
Beckett Fabbie is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2021, and is a Senior Vice President in the Human Capital group. Previously, she led the Human Capital Management team for the Merchant Banking Division at Goldman Sachs where she focused on talent acquisition, learning and engagement, compensation, talent development, and diversity & inclusion. Prior to Goldman Sachs, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Co-Chief Administrative Officer at Greentech Capital Advisors, a sustainable financial and strategic advisory firm. Prior to Greentech, Beckett oversaw full-scale Human Resource departments at two private equity firms, including Siguler Guff & Company, LP. She began her career in Human Resources at Lazard for the investment banking, capital markets, and corporate services divisions. Beckett graduated from Michigan State University in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in Media Arts & Technology and has a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from New York University. She serves on the executive board for the Financial Markets Institute in the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
