Andrew DiGeronimo is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2025, and is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Partnership Solutions. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he was a Partner at LGT Capital Partners in New York, where he was responsible for the U.S. secondary solutions business focusing on single and multi-asset solutions and LP secondaries in private equity buyout and venture capital funds across the U.S. Prior to LGT Capital Partners, he worked as an Orginations Associate at Eurohypo AG and as a REBAS Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He attended the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
