Alice GibbDirector, European Communications and Public Affairs

Alice Gibb is based in London, joined Warburg Pincus in 2025, and is a Director in Europe, where she leads European communications and public affairs and assists with value creation across the portfolio. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Alice was a Director at Brunswick Group, the global advisory firm, in New York and London, where she advised clients on corporate and financial communications across a broad range of sectors. Earlier in her career, she held marketing and communications roles at MetLife and at a London-based communications agency. Alice holds a BA (First Class) in English from the University of Birmingham, UK, and a Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from BPP Business School.
