Adam ShermanPrincipal

Adam Sherman is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2011 and is a member of the Strategic Investments group (“SIG”), which is responsible for the firm’s large technology and technology-enabled services investments. Previously, he worked in the firm’s Industrial and Business Services group and as an Investment Banking Generalist at Evercore Partners. Adam is a Director of Sagent and is currently involved with the firm’s investments in Aura, Internet Brands, and WEX. He was previously involved with investments in Certified Group, Endurance International Group, Electronic Funds Source, and Hygiena. He received a BS in Economics, magna cum laude, from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
