Adam Krainson is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2010 and focuses on investments in the healthcare sector. Adam has been involved in the firm’s investments in Global Healthcare Exchange, Gabe’s, Summit Health, CityMD, Interactive Data Corporation, InComm, Aramark, and Consolidated Precision Products. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he worked in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from New York University and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
