We recently held our annual Growth Leadership Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona where we were joined by over 250 leaders from across our portfolio. The event brought together technology, sales, marketing, human resources, legal, and finance executives for a few days of engaging discussions and networking. The majority of the sessions, which were largely led by portfolio company leaders, focused on how portfolio companies are developing and executing on their specific value creation plans, particularly in a world of rapid innovation and change.

The Warburg Pincus Sustainability Committee partnered with Billion Oyster Project for a day of volunteering on Governors Island in New York. Warburg Pincus employees engaged in an educational, hands-on experience, learning about the important role oyster reefs play in filtering waterways, revitalizing marine ecosystems, and fortifying coastlines. Volunteers rolled up their sleeves to support the assembly of reef structures and sorting of shells – key steps to restoring oyster populations and improving the water quality in New York Harbor.

We are excited to share that our portfolio company, Quantum Health, the creator of healthcare navigation, has signed an agreement to acquire leading healthcare technology company, Embold Health. Together, Quantum and Embold will offer an expanded portfolio of products to the market.

Ellen shared insights on unlocking real estate value across markets and sectors amid ongoing uncertainty. She also addressed the rising importance of value creation and the growing role of sustainability in long-term investing.

Last week, we hosted nearly 400 of our investors, with another 350+ joining via webinar, at our Annual Meeting in New York. The day featured presentations and videos on our strategy, sectors, outlook, and detailed fund reviews. Our Annual Meeting gives us the opportunity to connect with investors from around the world and showcase the strength of our team and our investor-first mission. The presentations highlighted the power of our one-firm model and the strength that comes from deep alignment with our investors, portfolio companies, and one another.
