We are excited to share the sale of Aquila Air Capital, a leading engine lessor, to Wafra. Founded in 2021 by Warburg Pincus, CEO Al Wood, and Kepler Hill Capital, Aquila was created to capitalize on a significant market opportunity in building a specialty finance franchise in commercial aerospace, with an initial focus on purchasing, financing, and leasing mid- to late-life aircraft and engines.

We are proud to announce the sale of Kestra Financial, a leader in wealth management, service and technology solutions, to Stone Point Capital. Over the course of our five-year partnership, Kestra experienced significant growth through a strong acquisition strategy and investments in new business lines, products, and technology.

Excited for Montana Renewables, LLC on their DOE loan to fund production capacity. The expansion positions Montana Renewables as one of the largest Sustainable Aviation Fuel (“SAF”) producers globally with production capacity of approximately 300 million gallons of SAF and 330 million gallons of combined SAF and renewable diesel (“RD”).

The Warburg Pincus Singapore team recently organized a special day at the S.E.A. Aquarium in Singapore in partnership with the Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore (CPAS) for individuals with cerebral palsy and multiple disabilities. CPAS is dedicated to empowering these individuals to realize their full potential and lead fulfilling lives. Many of Warburg Pincus’ team members have shown their commitment to this cause by donating to CPAS in support of its programs including early intervention, special education, rehabilitation services, day activity centers as well as vocational training in Singapore.
