Congratulations to Viridi RNG on their partnership with American Organic Energy to develop one of the largest food waste-to-renewable natural gas projects in the United States. The project demonstrates viability of large-scale food waste-to-value efforts, while offering sustainable solution for a meaningful portion of the New York City metropolitan area’s annual food waste.
