Service Logic

In 2017, Warburg Pincus invested in Service Logic, an independent provider of maintenance, repair, replacement, and retrofit services for commercial HVAC equipment, chilled water systems, and building controls systems in North America. Following the firm’s investment, Warburg Pincus partnered with management to continue pursuing a buy-and-build strategy in the HVAC services industry. Through organic growth and acquisitions, Service Logic expanded its footprint from 31 to 76 branches and its customer base from 8,000 to 25,000. Over the course of Warburg Pincus’ ownership, Service Logic acquired and integrated 28 companies. Warburg Pincus exited the investment in 2020.
