The group works alongside our sector teams to execute on thesis-based structured investments combining our deep sector expertise with the Capital Solutions team’s structuring expertise. This effort is purpose built to provide “solution capital”, driving bespoke solutions that optimize for the liquidity, growth, and/or acquisition ambitions of management teams. We have been successfully making structured capital investments for nearly two decades, having deployed nearly $5 billion across over 20 transactions.
