Lauren ZletzManaging Director

Lauren Zletz is based in San Francisco, joined Warburg Pincus in 2015, and is a Managing Director in the Technology group. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, she worked in private equity at Thomas H. Lee Partners and investment banking at Greenhill & Company. At Warburg Pincus, she co-leads investment activities in a number of sectors, including cybersecurity, real estate technology, insurance technology, food technology, and sales and marketing technology. Lauren is currently a Director of eSentire and BriteCore and a Board Observer at Contrast Security. She was formerly a Director of Facility Source and a Board Observer at Zimperium. Lauren has also been involved in a number of other investments, including BitSight, CrowdStrike, and Clarity, as well as three add-on acquisitions. Lauren received an AB from Harvard College and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was CFO/COO and a Board Member of Women in Management (WIM).
