Charlie RedlickManaging Director, COO of Value Creation

Charlie Redlick is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2015, and is a Managing Director in the firm’s Value Creation group. He was previously a Managing Director in the firm’s Industrials group, where he was active from inception in the firm’s investments in Service Logic, Reorg Research, BradyPLUS, Infinite Electronics, Pregis, and SPINS. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Charlie worked at Bain Capital in Boston. He holds an AB in Economics, summa cum laude, and an AM in Statistics from Harvard University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
