Ryan DaltonManaging Director

Ryan Dalton is a Managing Director on the Energy Transition and Sustainability team at Warburg Pincus, where he leads the firm’s efforts within the power and renewables space. Ryan first joined the firm in 2008 and has worked in the firm’s New York, London, Sao Paulo and Houston offices, which he now leads. He is a Director of Scale Microgrid Solutions, Trident Energy, and WildFire Energy, and previously worked with Suniva, Enstorage, Competitive Power Ventures, and Anemka Resources. Previously he worked in the Financial Institution’s Investment Banking Group at Merrill Lynch in New York. Ryan received a BA and BS cum laude in Computer Science and Economics, respectively, from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
