Kerrie Cohen is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2019, and is a Managing Director and Global Head of Communications and Marketing. Previously, she was a Managing Director and Head of Corporate Communications for Barclays International, which includes Barclays’ Corporate, and Investment Banking, Barclaycard, and the Private Bank & Overseas Services businesses. Prior to joining Barclays, Kerrie served as Global Head of Corporate Communications for Lehman Brothers. Throughout her career, Kerrie has provided strategic communications counsel and support to executive teams on a broad range of internal, and external situations, and high-profile events. She has significant financial services communications experience with an expertise in crisis management and in developing strategies for corporate initiatives, including M&A transactions, equity, and debt offerings, restructurings, and bankruptcies. Kerrie holds a BA in English from Fordham University.
