Cole Bianco is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2021, and rejoined the firm after business school in 2025. Cole is a Vice President in the Healthcare group. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he worked at Credit Suisse in its Mergers and Acquisitions group. Cole holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
