Ankur GulatiPrincipal

Ankur is based in Mumbai, joined Warburg Pincus in 2025, and is a Principal leading Capital Solutions in India. Previously, Ankur spent more than 10 years at Goldman Sachs in different roles, including as head of hybrid and private credit investing for Goldman Sachs Asset Management in India, and as a founding member of the Asian Special Situations Group’s (ASSG) team in Mumbai. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Ankur worked at TPG Growth, Draper Fisher Jurvetson, and McKinsey and Co. Ankur holds a B.Tech and M.Tech in Aerospace Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay where he was awarded the SD Sharma Gold Medal, and an MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar.
