Saumya Khaitan is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2025, and is a member of the Capital Markets group. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Saumya worked in Lazard’s Capital Solutions team. Previously, she worked in the Leveraged Finance group at Deutsche Bank, where she focused on loan and high yield bond financings for sponsor-backed portfolio companies and other non-investment grade issuers. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Mathematical Economics.
