Elyn HeAssistant General Counsel

Elyn He is based in Shanghai, joined Warburg Pincus in 2021 as an Assistant General Counsel in the Legal group. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Elyn was at the law firm of Paul Hastings in Shanghai where she was an Attorney focused on private equity real estate transactions. Elyn is a member of the bar in New York. She holds a Bachelor of Law from Fudan University and an LLM from New York University School of Law.
