Sarahi Padilla Constantine is based in Washington D.C., joined Warburg Pincus in 2022, and is a Director Assistant General Counsel, in the Legal group. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Sarahi was an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She holds a BA in International Relations from Stanford and received her JD from Georgetown.
