Chelsea XuanAssistant General Counsel

Chelsea Xuan is based in Shanghai, joined Warburg Pincus in 2020 as an Assistant General Counsel in the Legal group for China and South East Asia. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Chelsea worked at the Hong Kong office of Kirkland & Ellis for over five years as an Associate and then a Partner of its Corporate Team. Previously, Chelsea was a Legal Manager with Ropes & Gray in Hong Kong and a Legal Consultant with O’Melveny & Myers in Shanghai. Chelsea holds an LLM from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Law from Fudan University Law School.
