Jenna WardDirector, Marketing & Communications

Jenna Ward is based in London, joined Warburg Pincus in 2021, and is the Head of Communications – Europe. Previously, she was Head of Communications – UK and Continental Europe for Lazard. Prior to joining Lazard, she spent seven years with UBS, most recently as an Executive Director in Investment Banking Corporate Communications. She also worked for FTI Consulting earlier in her career. Throughout her career, Jenna has focused on financial services communications, helping senior leaders and their executive teams communicate most effectively with internal and external stakeholders. This included developing corporate narratives, positioning expertise through content, digital strategy, and corporate reputation and crisis management. Jenna holds a BA in Politics from Nottingham University.
