Megan Kilcourse is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2009, and is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Fund Finance & Capital Management. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, she worked at Deloitte L.L.P. She holds a BBA and a Master’s of Accounting from the College of William and Mary and is a Certified Public Accountant.
